Crypto Assets treasury trading activities remain weak, but capital flows are showing a rebound: B. Riley

B. Riley reported that in the context of cryptocurrency deleveraging, corporate digital asset activity remains sluggish, but capital flows are gradually returning to normal as Sino-U.S. trade negotiations progress. The brokerage emphasized that despite a weak market, digital asset management companies (DATCO) continue to increase their holdings in crypto assets, with BitMine Immersion adding $300 million in Ether, enhancing its concentration. The median net asset value tracked by the company has improved to 1.1 times, and B. Riley expects companies with stock prices below their net asset values to engage in share buybacks, pointing out that Sequans Communications is a key candidate. Solana has launched the first spot ETFs in Hong Kong and the U.S., attracting $800 million in inflows, solidifying its position as a top asset. BitMine Immersion remains the preferred choice among DATCO ratings.
