AgentFi is a novel concept merging artificial intelligence (AI) decision-making with decentralized finance (DeFi) markets. In this ecosystem, AI agents function beyond simple trading—they act as sophisticated fund managers who can develop and adapt complex strategies. These agents independently analyze investments, evaluate tokens, and participate in blockchain governance and validation. AgentFi's combination of dynamic decision-making, multi-step operations, and agent-to-protocol interactions makes it complex. Though still in its early stages, AgentFi shows significant potential as AI technology becomes more prevalent.
